What is Crossbridge Point?
Crossbridge Point is ILADD’s first housing project/independent living community designed specifically for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Located in Zionsville, Indiana, Crossbridge Point will offer beautifully designed 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 2-bedroom with garage cottage-style homes within a walkable, mixed-use neighborhood that will bring together individuals with and without disabilities, creating a vibrant, inclusive community. ILADD will help foster successful independent living within our community through ongoing educational classes, access to remote supports and technology, and partnerships with local, community-based providers of supports and services. In addition to housing, Crossbridge Point will feature an Activity Center that will offer recreation, education, and social activities. Crossbridge Point isn't just a place to live — it's a place to grow, connect, and thrive.
Who Can Live At Crossbridge Point?
Crossbridge Point is designed for adults 18 and older with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) who are seeking an independent, community-based living experience. Our inclusive neighborhood also welcomes adults without disabilities who want to live in a supportive, connected environment. Residents should be able to live safely with minimal support and be interested in participating in community life, enrichment programs, and social activities. Crossbridge Point is about creating opportunities for independence, personal growth, and meaningful relationships — all in a place to proudly call home.
