ILADD’s Annual Report reflects a year of meaningful growth, measurable impact, and strengthened community connections. In 2025, we expanded enrichment programming, deepened family engagement, and continued advancing inclusive housing initiatives — all while serving a growing number of self-advocates across Central Indiana. Thanks to generous supporters, dedicated volunteers, and strong community partners, ILADD not only sustained high-quality programs but also built momentum toward long-term sustainability and expanded opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities to live independently, build friendships, and thrive.
