ILADD Appoints Bailee Reynolds as Development Director

ZIONSVILLE, INDIANA (February 9th, 2023) – ILADD, Inc. announced today that Bailee Reynolds had been appointed its new Development Director. Reynolds brings over a decade of experience working in nonprofit development to her new role. She also has experience working with adults with Intellectual and Development Disabilities (IDD), including service as a nonprofit executive in the IDD field. Reynolds will help lead ILADD’s fundraising, development, and public awareness efforts toward accomplishing its mission of providing housing, enrichment/educational programs, and social options that enable adults with IDD to live in homes of their own and enjoy fulfilling and meaningful lives in their communities.

Reynolds served for over three years as the Development Director for Morning Dove Therapeutic Riding, Inc., a Zionsville nonprofit serving individuals with IDD, before being appointed as its Executive Director in November 2021. Prior to her work at Morning Dove, she was a Manager at LIDS Foundation, Inc., a grant-making organization.

Reynolds holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Relations, with a Marketing concentration, both from Indiana State University.

Additionally, she has a Certificate in Fundraising Management from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University.

Since its formation in October 2019, ILADD programs have grown to serve about 100 adults with IDD through its independent living classes, social outings, and clubs, including Book Club, Hiking Club, Community Service Club, and Game Club. ILADD recently launched a Self-Advocates Group. ILADD also offers informational seminars and networking opportunities for self-advocates, families, guardians, caregivers, and the public.

“We are very excited to have Bailee join our ILADD Team,” said Matt Fultz, ILADD’s Executive Director. “She has considerable nonprofit fundraising experience and many years of working with individuals with IDD. The combination of this experience makes her the ideal candidate to help further our development and fundraising, allowing us to broaden the scope of ILADD’s programs, expand our efforts to provide a neuro-diverse housing community, and promote the full inclusion of adults with IDD in our society.”
