Navigating Advanced Medical Decision-Making
For many people, end-of-life decisions can be a scary thought, and people with disabilities are not always included in these discussions. Join us as we learn about setting up a healthcare representative, living wills, burial wishes, and treatment preferences. Our guest speaker will be Natasha Crespo, Disability Law Fellow with Indiana Disability Rights. She will share information about advanced medical decision-making and how Indiana Disability Rights assists individuals and families in setting up these documents.
*REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
To register for this event, please go to https://iladdinc.org/registration and submit the registration form.
