ILADD, Inc. announced today that Andy Kirby has been appointed as its new Executive Director effective June 3, 2024. Kirby brings nearly two decades of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to his new role, including extensive service as a nonprofit executive.

ILADD continued to grow at a rapid pace in the first six months of 2023. We now offer even more programs and social options for the sharply rising number of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) that we serve. In addition, ILADD entered into an agreement with Old Town Companies for the donation of land by Old Town which will become ILADD’s Crossbridge Point community. ILADD’s first Development Director also joined our team earlier this year. It was a busy and exciting first half of 2023.
