Andy Kirby, Executive Director
Before joining the ILADD team, Andy served as the Chief Operations Officer for The Arc of Indiana, a nonprofit with 46 chapters covering 68 counties serving and advocating for people with IDD. Additionally, he has been a member of ILADD’s Advisory Council since 2020. He received the 2022 Rising Star Award from The Arc of the United States.
Kirby holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Bailee Reynolds, Development Director
Bailee Reynolds has over a decade of experience working in nonprofit development. She also has experience working with adults with Intellectual and Development Disabilities (IDD), including service as a nonprofit executive in the IDD field. She will help lead ILADD’s efforts to provide housing, enrichment/educational programs, and social options that enable adults with IDD to live in homes of their own and enjoy fulfilling and meaningful lives in their communities.
Michele Gray, Program Manager
Michele has worked with individuals with developmental disabilities in many capacities over the past 30 years. She’s worked in residential settings, consulted in educational settings, provided training and support to families, and introduced skills within communities. After working for two decades as a behavioral consultant writing behavior plans, establishing goals, strategies, and interventions to improve communication and socialization skills, Michele now coordinates and heads up ILADD’s programs and outings.
