Michele Gray, Program Manager
Michele has worked with individuals with developmental disabilities in many capacities over the past 30 years. She’s worked in residential settings, consulted in educational settings, provided training and support to families, and introduced skills within communities. After working for two decades as a behavioral consultant writing behavior plans, establishing goals, strategies, and interventions to improve communication and socialization skills, Michele now coordinates and heads up ILADD’s programs and outings.
Michele has a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
