We are going to gather for some good food and socializing with friends. The cost of dinner is the responsibility of each self-advocate. Come soak up the summer vibes with us at a fun and relaxed evening picnic! ILADD will be providing a delicious dinner and cold water to keep you refreshed. Donations are welcome but not expected.

Self-Advocacy is learning how to speak up for yourself, making your own decisions about your own life, learning how to get information so that you can understand things that are of interest to you, finding out who will support you in your journey, knowing your rights and responsibilities, and learning to be a problem solver. The ILADD Advocate Alliance will meet on the first Monday of each month.

Mark your calendars for the first Monday of the month from 6:30 pm-8:00 pm to learn more about self-advocacy and how to ensure all people with disabilities are valued and treated equally.

Self-Advocacy is learning how to speak up for yourself, making your own decisions about your own life, learning how to get information so that you can understand things that are of interest to you, finding out who will support you in your journey, knowing your rights and responsibilities, and learning to be a problem solver. The ILADD Advocate Alliance will meet on the first Monday of each month.

Mark your calendars for the first Monday of the month from 6:30 pm-8:00 pm to learn more about self-advocacy and how to ensure all people with disabilities are valued and treated equally.
