ILADD Fit Club
Making healthy choices leading to healthy lifestyles
Monthly opportunities to participate in large group activities as well as encouraging establishing fitness goals and working out on your own at least once per week.
This club will include educational opportunities, video workouts, goal setting, and mentoring.
*Interested self-advocates will be able to join Special Olympics for the upcoming Track and Field season.
Register: Participants must register by emailing program.manager@iladdinc.org, and must sign and submit our Release and Waiver of Liability, Medical Authorization, and Code of Conduct forms.
