Introduction to Grilling Class
Guest Instructor: Rick Whiteman from Rick's Cooking School
Topics: Introduction to grilling on a gas grill. Preparing to grill, grilling safety, food safety, grilling food tips and tricks and clean up after grilling. Our menu for this class will include Italian Sausage (with peppers and onions) and Apples (with caramel sauce). We will also make baked potatoes in the microwave.
