ILADD is sponsoring a social outing for self-advocates. ILADD has reserved 20 seats for dinner at LA Café for great food and socialization with friends.

Event: “Monday Mingle”

Time: 5:30-7:30pm

Location:  LA Café, 4 S Main Street, Whitestown

Cost to self-advocate: $25 per person (cost includes choice of entrée from a special menu, drink, ice cream sundae and includes gratuity) payable the night of the event.

Registration is required by emailing Michele Gray at program.manager@iladdinc.org. To maximize the number of self-advocates able to attend we are asking that only self-advocates plan to attend. ILADD will have a few volunteers to assist and support throughout the evening. Upon registration you will receive a confirmation email with specific details on the event menu.
