ILADD, Inc. will be sponsoring our first self-advocate social outing! ILADD has secured 20 tickets for the Christmas musical and buffet at Beef & Boards at a discounted cost. ILADD will be covering a portion of each ticket.
Date: Friday, Dec. 10, 2021
Dinner buffet: 5:30-7:30 pm
The show begins at 8:00
Cost to self-advocate: $15 per ticket
Transportation will be independently arranged by each self-advocate.

Register: Due to the limited number of seats, all self-advocates must register with Michele Gray at program.manager@iladdinc.org and your seat will be reserved once your email is received and confirmed. To maximize the number of self-advocates able to attend the event we are asking that only self-advocates plan to attend. ILADD will have volunteers to assist with the evening's activities that will be able to provide any needed support.
*Participants must register and must sign and submit our Release and Waiver of Liability, Medical Authorization, and Code of Conduct forms.
