Description: Please join us for another informative evening of sharing and discussion. An experienced Case Manager will discuss the waivers available in Indiana, who qualifies, and the application process. We will also provide an update on the progress of the Indiana waiver redesign from a member of the 1102 Task Force.

Mark your calendar. Later in the month, on October 21, from 6:30-8:00 pm, we will hold a more in-depth discussion about the services available on a waiver during our next Family Connect meeting. We will have a panel of waiver providers from each service area to share info about their services, and how families can use these services and supports to help their advocates reach their goals of greater independence.
