ILADD Fitness Class - “Move with Merritt”

In partnership with Special Olympics of Boone County, ILADD is offering a new in person fitness class on Saturday mornings at 9:00 a.m. beginning June 19.  It will be a fun class with Merritt Gee, a recreational therapist, designed for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities - stretching and exercising to music (no prior experience necessary!). Our goal is to get and keep people moving to maintain and improve physical fitness. There will be rewards for those who keep up with the workouts both during the class and during the week!

Register: Participants must register in advance by emailing teasterday@iladdinc.org, and must sign and submit our Release and Waiver of Liability, Medical Care Authorization, and Code of Conduct form. Click here to download form.
